We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant for the Operations Track. This Entry-Level role is designed for someone who is eager to grow and develop into a pivotal role within our company, working closely with the CEO in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in various tasks, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as skills and potential are demonstrated.
- Act as a confident and articulate representative of the company, engaging with clients on Zoom calls, attending meetings, and handling emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads for the company.
- Take ownership of the marketing process, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support other team members by taking on client fulfillment tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Can be confident speaking with US-based, native English speakers.
- Ability to work closely with the CEO during regular business hours.
- Fast learner with strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable facing clients and representing the company on various platforms.
- Previous experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
- This Entry-Level role's salary range is from Php15,000 up to Php22,000 (depending on your qualifications and skills).
