We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s basically the glue between our clients and our team. You’ll keep projects on track, tasks organized, and clients happy. If you love structure, communication, and getting stuff done — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Task Management
- Be the first stop for client requests (email, chat, meetings).
- Reply within 12 hours so clients always feel heard.
- Turn requests into tasks in Nifty (our project tool) and set realistic deadlines.
- Sort tasks by urgent / normal / chill (yep, we love priorities).
- Follow up with teammates so things don’t fall through the cracks.
- Double-check quality before shipping anything to the client.
- Close the loop: deliver, ask for feedback, mark complete.
Client Success
- Run onboarding calls so clients know the process and feel at home.
- Collect all the important stuff (logos, passwords, brand rules, etc.).
- Send weekly updates (especially in the first month) so they never wonder what’s going on.
- Schedule regular check-ins and track their vibe (happy, meh, or 🚨).
- Gather feedback after big milestones.
- Spot opportunities where we can help them more, and flag upsell ideas to the boss.
- Send simple monthly reports: what got done, what’s next.
Your Schedule (PH Time)
- Fixed: 3:00 – 7:00 AM (clear overnight emails, log tasks, sync with the boss).
- Flexible: 4 hrs/day (you choose when, based on workload).
Tools You’ll Own
- Nifty (our project tracker — it lives with you).
- Email, Slack/Messenger, Canva, GHL — the usual suspects.
Requirements
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and allergic to “oops, I forgot.”
- Solid communicator (written + spoken English).
- Can juggle multiple projects without panic.
- Loves follow-through — if you start it, you finish it.
- Bonus: experience with project management tools.

Compensation:
- This Entry-Level role's salary range is from Php15,000 up to Php25,000 (depending on your qualifications and skills).
