Job Summary:
We are looking for a Growth Execution Generalist to own client delivery from request to completion. This role focuses on project coordination and hands-on execution to ensure marketing work is delivered clearly, on time, and at a high standard.
This is not a traditional project management role.The primary focus is coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Delivery Ownership (Primary)
- Receive, review, and clarify client requests
- Translate requests into clear, actionable tasks
- Set expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Assign or execute work directly
- Review outputs for quality and completeness
- Deliver work, gather feedback, and close the loop
Marketing Execution (Primary)
- Produce graphic design assets (required)
- Execute basic video edits and content updates
- Build or update landing pages, funnels, or websites
- Assist with CRM setup and simple automations
- Perform copy edits and light content writing
Delivery Tracking & Visibility (Supporting Function)
- Track active deliverables to ensure nothing stalls
- Maintain basic visibility on project status
- Flag blockers, risks, or delays early
Internal Lead Support (Optional / Incentivized)
- Support internal lead or appointment generation as needed

Qualifications:
Required:
- Canva design skills (non-negotiable)
- Marketing fundamentals
- Ability to turn vague requests into clear action
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams
Preferred:
- Experience with funnels, websites, or CRMs (GHL)
- Video editing or automation experience
- Copywriting or content editing skills
Compensation:
- This role's salary range is from Php18,000 up to Php28,500 (depending on your qualifications and skills).
